Can I get team headshots for my business?
Yes — and your team does not even have to leave the building. VYZION Photography is a mobile studio: high-end professional lighting, a backdrop, and equipment come directly to your office anywhere in Columbia, Blythewood, the Midlands, or Charlotte. Your staff steps out of their workday for minutes, not hours, and every headshot comes back consistent in light, crop, and style.
Why the mobile studio changes the math
Sending twenty employees across town to a studio costs a full day of productivity. Bringing the studio to your conference room costs each person a coffee break. That is the difference between team photos that happen this quarter and team photos that stay on the someday list.
Consistency is the whole point
A team page only looks professional when every face is photographed under the same light, against the same background, with the same finishing. One setup, one session, one standard — and the setup is documented after each session so new hires can match when they join.
What a team headshot day looks like
VYZION schedules your team in rolling slots — usually ten to fifteen minutes per person — so the disruption to your office is minimal. Most staff days are done in two to four hours depending on team size. Executives and leadership can be prioritized first if needed.
From behind the camera — VYZION field note
Team headshot days are planned around your schedule, not ours. A pre-day consultation aligns on background, lighting style, and the order that works for your business — so the session runs efficiently and the final gallery is cohesive.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a team headshot session take?
It depends on team size. Most sessions run ten to fifteen minutes per person. A team of ten can usually be photographed in two to three hours.
Does everyone need to wear the same thing?
Not necessarily, but the more coordinated the wardrobe, the more cohesive the final gallery looks. Your pre-session consultation will cover wardrobe guidelines that fit your company's brand.
How do I book team headshots for my Columbia or Blythewood SC business?
Contact VYZION Photography at vyzionphoto.com to start the planning conversation. Group sessions are quoted after a brief consultation to understand your team's size and needs.
